Before you call, have these ready

• Your VIN — 17 characters, on the door jamb or through the windshield.
• The part number from the label on your old unit. If that label carries an Authorized Software Update number, read us that one — it supersedes every other number on the label.
• Your order number, if you are calling about an order.

Ordering

We program each unit to your VIN before it ships, so the VIN you give us with your order is the one it will be flashed to. Check it against your registration before you order — a wrong VIN means the unit has to come back to be reprogrammed.
